Cannabis & Sleep Disturbances

An African American man stands hugging a pillow with one hand to his face. He is wearing a bright yellow shirt and standing in front of a blue background. There are feathers on his shoulder and head. He looks frustrated and tired.

Nishi Whitely explores why sleep matters, the role of the endocannabinoid system in sleep, and how cannabis and its components — in particular, CBD and THC — may benefit those with sleep issues.
